  • Migrated the header, footer, product listing pages (PLP) and product detail pages (PDP) from the legacy monolith into modern frontend microservices; assisted with associated backend migrations.
  • Helped architect and implement templating and theming for a single multi-tenant codebase serving UK and international sites: Next, Joules, Reiss, JoJo Maman Bébé, MADE, Laura Ashley, FatFace and Victoria’s Secret, plus the Seasons subsite.
  • Reduced development effort through shared implementation and feature flags, enabling features to be built once and configured across sites while supporting feature parity.
  • Improved frontend performance through modern technology stacks and deliberate server-side and client-side rendering patterns.
  • Implemented a custom Module Federation approach to enable faster rollouts and rollbacks.
  • Lead technical decisions, work planning and code reviews; mentor developers, coordinate with stakeholders and oversee releases alongside hands-on React and TypeScript development.
